Milti Sized Sublimation Plaque Options Available:

1) Select size of Plaque (4″ X 6″ – 12″ X 15″)
2) Select Plate Base Color (White / Gold / Silver)
3) Select Plaque Color (Cherry Finish or Black Finish)
4) Upload Artwork (If art work has white in the file, I suggest the White Plate
(Otherwise anything white in the art file wil be the color of the plate)

5) If needed add text here if not already included in your Art file upload.
6) We will send you a PDF Simulation for Final Approval.

These plaques are custom made to your Specification

Cherry or Black Finish Plaques, Sizes From a 4″ X 6″ Plaque to a 12″ X 15″
Larges 16″ X 20″ Size Available, but plate will be in (2) Two seperate pieces.

All Artwork must be at least 300DPI at final output size.
