(Plastic Numbers and hooks are not included)

1) Select Plate Base Color (White / Gold / Silver)
2) Select Plaque Color (Cherry Finish or Black Finish)
3) Upload Artwork (IF art work has white in the file, I suggest the White Plate
(Otherwise anything white in the art file wil be the color of the plate)
4) If needed add text here if not already included in your Art file upload.
5) We will send you a PDF Simulation for Final Approval.
